- Manage and control non-cash budget for all Cambridge staff
- Manage statutory insurance for all Cambridge Staff and Health care for all expat staff
- Follow up and manage teachers' sick leave/ annual leave
- Manage and propose the payment for Teachers' benefits
- Check the timesheets/ the benefits/ allowances and do the payroll monthly
- In charge of Teachers' annual evaluation by cooperate with HRT Manager to print memos/ delivery them to Teachers and update new salary on the system.
- Implement policy/ salary/ allowance/ title update for all Cambridge Teachers
- Implement contract renewal/ amendment/ termination
- Manage Teachers' resignation: payment finalization/ guidance on unemployment insurance & social insurance/ resignation procedure
- Implement monthly report to HRT Manager and authorities.
