2. Carry out all procedures related to the entire employee life cycle such as signing labor contracts, changing personnel, transferring, promoting, adjusting salary, offboarding, etc. to ensure compliance and accuracy of all labor documents and employee database such as Labor Contracts, Appendix, Announcement Letters, Termination Decision etc.
3. Complete internal & external reports to the Local Authorities;
4. Consult all employees' questions related to compensation & benefits, policies;
5. Other assigned tasks from Line Manager & higher level related to the job
