Compliance CSR

Ensure all factories follow ***Customer Code of Conduct (COC) but able to assist & guide factories

*** COC is the standard requirements by a customer to a factory on compliance.

Our company do not own factories but our compliance team assist and guide those factories we are working with to compliance with social and environmental requirements both local and as per our customer's requirements

- Very familiar with social compliance rules and regulations especially on various customers’ requirements

– Should be actual hands-on experience. Must be able to audit a factory independently.

- Ability to conduct pre-audit and work with factories on CAP.

- Must be familiar with sustainability initiatives like Carbon reduction, Higgs, Zero discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC), Energy reductions, etc.

- Familiar with recycle and reuse initiatives like GOTS, RCS, GRS, OCS, etc. is a plus

- Must have presence and able to converse with Buyers

- Must be willing to travel within Vietnam

- Prefer to be extrovert and able to manage a team.
