Mô Tả Công Việc
Main tasks: Develop company compliance and internal auditor tasks including:
- Make and control internal audit plan
- Conduct the process audit (Improving process, etc )
- Conduct the report investigation (corruption, fraud, etc)
- Make and operate internal audit system
- training for employees, vendors, suppliers about the ethic and report system in the company
- Check and monitoring all activities of bidding, fair business with vendors, suppliers
- Make and control the ethic and reward system.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduation in Business Management / Account / Engineering etc
- More than 3 years in similar experience (prefer experience in internal auditor or compliance officer)
- Ability to deliver objectives and goals
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning and talent management.
- Ability to work effectively with leaders and all other levels in the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Straight and strong character, good in management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication skill in English
