Assist the Compliance Associate Manager in ad-hoc compliance tasks/projects. Lead/or significant support selected Roche Compliance projects.
Execute healthcare compliance monitoring activities
Providing timely and accurate advice/ consultancy related to Compliance to various groups of internal stakeholders.
Supporting and training employees on compliance policies under different initiatives
Proposing, drafting and implementing policies and procedures in relation to the internal management of the Company
Support of internal investigation if any
Assist Compliance Associate Manager to assess compliance risks and define mitigating measures, conduct annual Compliance Risk Review, implement needed event to mitigate risks
Assist Compliance Associate Manager in creating policies, SOPs and guidelines for Compliance purpose
Facilitate the monitoring programs for business transaction/events to identify non-compliance issues and process weakness
Define mitigating action for identified process weakness/non-compliance
Responsible to drive regional compliance ad hoc projects (if any)
Coordinate with external lawyers and APAC legal Office on contract matters and coordinate contract signatures
Drafting and reviewing of all kinds of standard business contracts, agreements, arrangements and legal documentations to ensure the compliance with current regulations and to protect the Office's interests
Update and keep alert of changes in relevant legislation, significant events which can have impacts on the Office’s activities. Research on important topics related to the Office’s operation.
Coordination with external law firm and support the preparation of necessary documentations for filing and involvement in legal proceedings and litigations (if any)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Experience in risk assessment
Experience in training people on legal/compliance topics
Good in execution as well as drawing up regulations/policy
Good command in both Vietnamese and English languages (oral and written)
Be mature, proactive and professional;
Having strong analysis, problem solving, negotiation and presentation skills;
Independent mind with good ability of risk analyzing in reviewing business transactions
Strong sense of responsibility, self-confident, integrity
Able to manage multiple tasks according to business/ team structures and needs.
