Mô Tả Công Việc
- To follow regulatory changes and regulatory requests to impacted departments.
- To communicate the relevant departments for regulatory changes and request.
- To collect and consolidate the relevant departments’ opinions, recommendations for new regulations.
- To work and coordinate with relevant departments/branches to ensure the compliance with requirements/requests/regulations of State Bank of Vietnam and other competent authorities.
- To build and manage the system of internal regulations of the whole bank.
- To build and manage the internal control system.
- To be in charge of reports of the Legal & Compliance Dept.
- Other tasks assigned by Legal & Compliance Director/Deputy Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor in law
- At least 10 years’ experience of working in compliance field in finance - banking sector or in a law firm
- Fluent in English in writing and speaking
- Excellent communication and reporting, supervising, managing skills
- Good sense of responsibility, initiative, carefulness, patience and hard-working.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure.
- Good excel skill is an advantage.
