Compliance Manager (Chinese Native)

1. Responsible for compliance audits of factories, suppliers and subcontractors 2. Continuously update compliance standards and documents for each group company 3. Responsible for connecting with consulting companies and doing compliance system certification work 4. Lead the compliance team, conduct regular internal audits, communicate with customers and arrange audits, prepare relevant reports and summaries (prepare CAPA through root cause analysis , help factories and relevant parties identify problems and develop solutions for internal and external audits ) ; 5. Develop and implement an EHS (safety, environment, health) management system. Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following key tasks: o In terms of compliance, handle and meet the compliance requirements of local governments, different customers or regulatory agencies; o Formulate and review EHS policies and procedures; establish an occupational safety and health system for the company in accordance with ISO 45001 (or OHSAS 18001 ), and establish an environmental management system for the company in accordance with ISO 14001 , including systems, procedures, forms, communication and training, supervision and Relevant governance systems; o Oversee implementation of all applicable laws and regulations as well as internal procedures and policies; o Compliance training for managers and other department employees; o Management (keeping updated and valid ) and archiving of all company -related documents; o Responsible for assisting department leaders in revising compliance system documents. o Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base on company EHS and conduct training for company key personnel; o Provide risk assessments for safety, environment, and health, and organize improvement actions to reduce company risks.

1. University degree or above, major in relevant industry 2. Strong experience in compliance and audit in manufacturing companies. 3. Must have ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor certification; 4. Rich knowledge of compliance standards, such as SMETA, SA 8000 , IETP or RBA is preferred; 5. Proficient in using MS software ( Office - Excel , Word , PowerPoint, etc.); 6. Fluent in Chinese and English.
