Compliance Manager_Legal/ Law Background_Ho Chi Minh Base

I. Job purpose: Working alongside the Business Leader to deliver internal policies to ensure that the functional departments are fully compliant with global and local requirements. Aligning corporate objectives, developing a plan to limit legal risk in enterprise, investment, and environmental domains to contribute to the organization's continuous growth and success. II. Main tasks: • Organize the compliance efforts related to corporate activity. • Collaborate with various department managers to establish control systems that meet internal standards and company objectives. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies/procedures, and offer effective adjustments through the development of remedial action plans to address hidden risks or common difficulties. • Oversee internal policy and legal compliance training sessions. • Respond to departmental concerns or queries about internal policies/procedures. • Handled legal concerns pertaining to manufacturing at the facility. • Work with the local community and authorities to tackle environmental issues. • Continual support for the factory's environmental program. • Valuable compliance advice to the BOD regarding corporate policies, processes, and management.

III. Main requirements: • Education background is in related major, refer candidates background from Law/ Lawyer. • At least 4 years of working experience in management level. • Have intensive knowledge of Vietnamese laws and common international trade laws. • Good command in English with both verbal and written. • Strong in compliance operation and compliance mindset. • Experience in international manufacturing environments.
