Mô Tả Công Việc
- Update and follow up buyers' CR standard, COC, audits, audits schedules, requested programs, projects;
- Update Vietnamese law and related regulation on CR;
- Arrange Training & Seminar activities, consult FCOs on updated regulation and buyers' audit programs;
- Review factory, provide recommendation, solution and assist factories to prepare for Customer / Customer 3rd Party Audit, making CAP;
- Conduct internal audits, participate buyer's or third party’s audit;
- Control, support and follow up facilities' sustainability programs;
- Report and update HQ on facilities' CR status, audit, schedule, programs and related issues;
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by Korea Manager;
- Maintain information and knowledge flow between customers & third party monitoring firms, and all other related sections;
- Collect, update information, and share information & details of related issues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female;
- University graduated;
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position in factory or vendor in Garments manufacturing company;
- Good knowledge in Vietnam labour law;
- Language: good English communication;
- Good computer skills;
- Good planning, organizing and time management skill;
- Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
