Compliance Team Leader

We are new company that manufacturing for big customers such as Adidas, Nike, Under Amor, VF... now we are looking for a talent Social Compliance Team leader who are responsible for monitoring and implementing the Compliance system to comply with local law and buyer’s requirements:

• Establish, implement, maintain and improve standard and management system of compliance in the company, such as Wrap, Better work, Fair Trade US, Smeta, C-TPAT, Higg Index and buyer’s standards

• Periodically arrange and prepare material for Internal & External audit for full compliance.

• Leading of Internal & External audit and update the CAPs to customers

• Lead, guide and supervise EHS activities such as: first aid, fire-fighting, labor accident, chemical safety, environment, health, other safety events...

• Prepare comments/questions/action plans for all internal, customers and 3rd party social compliance

• Other tasks assigned by General Manager and Headquarter

• Graduate from Environmental Technology or related major;

• Experience: At least 01 year at the same jobs.

• Good English skills, especially reading and writing.

• Computer skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and teamwork.

• Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality.

• Good at communication and presentation skills, problem-solving skills, management skills…
