Job Description Summary:
+ Concept Architect Requires to working with and managing a team of innovative design professionals. Important is to be driven, design-focused architect who is looking to make an impact. He/she coordinates project designs, develops creative designs and design drawings, works independently on Architectural design projects and coordinates project design efforts internally as well as with clients and other design consultants/disciplines. For this position, it is required to lead the project independently through the various design stages from concept/basic design to copyright site supervision leading a team and only periodical reviews of Project Director and/or Studio Director.

Job Requirements
Design Skills and Abilities:
+ Creates and/or develops concept designs to the parameters agreed with client and as contained in the Brief;
+ Providing high quality design presentations;
+ Delivery of high-quality images and graphical output;
+ Have strong design sensitivity towards Interior Design;
+ Understanding and implementing company standards;
+ Thorough knowledge of building materials;
+ Proposing sustainable design solutions;
+ Implementation of code compliant designs to both IBC and TCNV/QCVN;
+ Providing solid Technical Design solutions;
+ Proficient in SketchUp, 3D Max (Lumion is optional);
+ Proficient in Adobe Suite (PS, IND, Illustrator, …)
Design Management Skills and Abilities:
+ Responsible for all items involving the design process including project schedules, client correspondence, RFI’s, MOM, etc.;
+ Chairing both internal project meetings and external meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, …
+ Able to understand and implement contract scope of works relevant to the project;
+ Leadership: Demonstrating quality moving the project forward smoothly and effortlessly;
+ Team Building: Develop a project environment that helps people bond with each other;
+ Communication: Communicate effectively. For any project, successful communication is the cornerstone to success;
+ Coaching: Helping team members, elevating themselves from their current position of skill and ability to the next level;
