We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER to manage our construction projects in Tennessee, USA, who takes full responsibility to oversee the design and building process of construction projects, inspect project drawings and designs, manage project schedules and resources, and perform cost calculations.
Manage the planning and design stages of construction projects.
Contribute technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
Perform cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Oversee construction engineering processes.
Perform regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Check, evaluate, propose the construction plan and progress of the contractor. Control the project quality.
Ensure that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
Check and supervise to ensure occupational safety, environmental hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, security and order.
Document processes and keep detailed construction logs.
Present construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
Consolidate and make daily, weekly and monthly reports.

*Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction major or similar.
At least 5 years of experience or more as a Construction engineer
Ielts 6.5
A B2 driver's license is required.
In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
Sign a commitment to work for at least 3 years.
