Construction Machinery Product Manager

1.Main Products (earth moving and road machine include excavator, wheel loader , bulldozer，roller, grader etc.)

涉及的主要产品（土石方和路面设备包括挖掘机，装载机，推土机，压路机，平地机等等）

2. According to product application conditions and solutions, make product training materials and train salesman

按照产品应用工况和解决方案，制作产品培训资料，对销售人员进行培训；

3. Provide product information, marketing plans and technical support to salesman, and assist sales man in closing deals

为销售人员提供产品资料，营销方案和技术支持，协助销售人员成交

4. Collect and analyze successful cases by industry, customer, and working application, analyze Vietnamese customer needs and application, analyze the advantages and selling points of the product, and calculate the total cost of ownership （TCO） of the product

分行业、分客户、以工况为基础进行成功案例收集与分析，分析越南客户需求和应用工况，分析产品的优势和卖点，测算产品的总持有成本（TCO）

5. Analyze competitors' marketing strategies, including products, prices, aftersales and financial strategies, and formulate product marketing strategies

分析竞争对手营销策略，包括产品、价格、后市场和金融策略，制定产品营销策略

6. Assist sales staff to demonstrate products to customers, persuade them to close deals, and establish good communication with customers.

协助销售人员向客户进行产品演示并，说服客户成交，并与客户建立良好的沟通；

7. Write product requirements and market demand documents, monitor and report product usage, and provide feedback on product performance, improvement plans based on customer needs.

撰写产品需求、市场需求文件，监控、报告产品使用情况，并根据客户需求反馈产品性能改进方案；

8. Collate sales and customer feedback and report customer feedback to company management

整理销售和客户的反馈，向公司管理层汇报客户的反馈；

任职要求：

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering；

商业或工程学士学位；

Language skill:English or Chinese is preferred；

会英文或中文者优先；

5-10 year(s) of combined experience specializing in sales of excavator、loader、heavy equipment 、heavy truck or similar products；

拥有 5-10 年专门从事挖掘机、装载机、重型设备、重型卡车或类似产品销售的综合经验；

Results driven and possess initiative to organize work independently；

以结果为导向，具有独立组织工作的主动性；

Customer focused and have strong selling, negotiation and communication skills；

以客户为中心，具有较强的销售、谈判和沟通能力；

Hands-on report writing and data analysis skills；

实践报告撰写和数据分析技能；

There are many customer relationships in construction machinery, such as excavators, wheel loaders, rollers, trucks, construction, mining, industrial …….

有挖掘机、轮式装载机、压路机、卡车、建筑、采矿、工业等工程机械的客户关系。
