Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects—from pre-construction planning to post-construction evaluation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing residential, commercial, and complex construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

• Lead and manage construction activities across various project types (residential, commercial, complex)

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements

• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support as needed

• Prepare and review quantity surveying (QS) documentation and reports

• Communicate effectively in English with local and international partners, including government authorities

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction technical support or on-site project management

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) work

• Strong command of English (both written and spoken), especially in technical and regulatory contexts

• Possession of relevant professional licenses and certifications

• Prior experience working directly on construction sites is highly preferred
