Construction Manager

- Oversee and manage the construction of GS25 stores from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

- Develop construction schedules, budgets, and execution plans; closely monitor progress and take corrective actions when needed.

- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of construction activities.

- Review store design documents, drawings, and technical specifications before submitting to the Head of I&C for approval of the basic store concept.

- Communicate and report construction progress, timelines, and issues to internal and external stakeholders, and proactively address arising concerns.

- Conduct site visits at project kickoff and randomly during construction to ensure quality control and resolve on-site issues.

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Education & Knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and relevant legal requirements.

- Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.

- Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant applications.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management; experience with retail store chains is a strong advantage.

- Strong hands-on construction and project management capability.
