*** Knowledge required:
- Overall knowledge in all the modules of WorkON (Platform, Consultant, Solution, Support and Operation)
- Understanding of the workflow approval process
- Understanding of all WorkON apps business cases and functionalities
- Business requirement skill
*** Skills required:
- IT background
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Fluent English communication for business
- Business Analysis knowledge (Business Case, Benefit Management (ROI, …))
*** Personal attributes/attitudes:
- Effective communication skills
- Assertive
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer solution mindset
*** Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in business consultant and/or team leader
- English is a must
- PMI-BPA certification is a plus
