JOB PURPOSE
The Consumer Market Insights Manager is responsible for leading market research efforts to gather and analyze data related to consumer behavior, market trends, and industry dynamics. This role involves synthesizing information to provide strategic insights that inform decision-making processes
across the organization. The Consumer Market Insights Manager plays a key role in shaping marketing strategies, product development, and overall business direction.
1. Market Research Strategy
● Develop and execute a comprehensive market research strategy aligned withorganizational goals.
● Identify key research objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
2. Consumer Behavior Analysis
● Analyze consumer behavior data to understand preferences, motivations, and purchasing patterns.
● Provide insights into changing consumer sentiment and preferences.
3. Competitive Intelligence
● Monitor and analyze competitive landscapes to identify market trends and benchmark against industry standards.
● Deliver regular updates on competitor activities and market dynamics.
4. Cross- functional Collaboration
● Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to integrate consumer insights into business strategies.
● Understand stakeholder information needs and deliver relevant insights.
5. Data Collection and Analysis
● Oversee the design and execution of market research studies, surveys, and analytics projects.
● Utilize various research methods and tools to gather and interpret consumer data.
6. Insights Reporting
● Prepare and present comprehensive reports outlining key consumer insights, market trends, and actionable recommendations.
● Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
7. Strategic Recommendations
● Translate insights into recommendations that guide
marketing strategies, product development, and business initiatives.
● Contribute to strategic decision-making processes based on data-driven insights.
Yêu cầu công việc
● Knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English.

● Experience
- At least 5-7 years of work experience market research, consumer insights, or a related role.
- Proficiency in market research tools and data analytics software.
- Experience in the US furniture industry is a plus
- Experience in an ecommerce platform is a plus.
