- Handle daily container operations: booking, release, delivery, and tracking;
- Coordinate with shipping lines, terminals, and internal teams;
- Monitor DEM/DET charges and resolve logistics issues;
- Ensure proper documentation per Incoterms and trade regulations;
- Communicate effectively in English via email and documentation; Chinese is a plus.
Yêu cầu công việc
• College degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 3 years of working experience in container operations, especially in FCL (Full Container Load) handling.
• Good understanding of container logistics procedures, Incoterms, shipping lines, and terminal charges (DEM/DET).
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with logistics software (TMS/ERP) is a plus.
• English proficiency in reading and writing (especially emails, shipping documents); Chinese is a bonus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
