About the role:

Green Future is seeking a Content & Visual Production Specialist/Expert who possesses a unique blend of creative vision and hands-on production expertise. You are not just a content creator; you are a visual storyteller, a videographer, an editor, and a photographer, ready to bring the bold vision of Green Future and VinFast electric vehicles to life. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives and stunning visuals that resonate with our global audience, capturing the essence of our Net Zero commitment and the revolutionary spirit of VinFast. You will work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to produce high-impact content that elevates our brand and inspires action.

Responsibilities:

• Content Production:

o Conceptualize, shoot, and produce high-quality video content (short-form, long-form, interviews, product highlights, event recaps) for various platforms (Social Media, YouTube, Website, internal communications).

o Capture professional-grade photography for product launches, lifestyle imagery, marketing campaigns, and digital assets.

o Edit raw footage and photos into polished, engaging, and brand-consistent final products, utilizing advanced editing software.

o Develop dynamic visual stories that highlight the unique features and sustainable benefits of VinFast electric vehicles.

• Creative Collaboration:

o Work closely with the Creative Lead, Marketing Director, and other team members to translate marketing strategies and campaign briefs into compelling visual content.

o Contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling, campaign concepts, and content formats that align with Green Future's brand identity and Net Zero mission.

o Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and content.

• Technical Execution:

o Operate professional camera equipment, lighting, audio recording devices, and other production tools.

o Manage and organize media assets efficiently, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility.

o Stay updated on the latest video and photo production technologies, techniques, and industry trends to continuously elevate content quality.

• Sustainable Storytelling:

o Actively seek opportunities to visually communicate Green Future's and VinFast's commitment to sustainability, Net Zero, and environmental responsibility through creative content.

o Craft visual narratives that inspire audiences to embrace electric mobility and a greener lifestyle.

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in video production, photography, and content creation, preferably within automotive, tech, lifestyle, or a related fast-paced industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in videography, photography, and video editing (please provide link to portfolio/reel).

• Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

• Experience with camera equipment (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras), lighting setups, and audio recording.

• A keen eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and storytelling.

• Ability to work independently from concept to completion, as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.

• Passion for electric vehicles, sustainable living.

• Understanding of current digital content trends, especially on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and how to create engaging, viral content.

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) is a plus.
