Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator cum Community Manager to join

our marketing team. This role is at the heart of our brand, combining storytelling with community

engagement to build and nurture our online and offline presence. You'll be responsible for

crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and fosters a vibrant, supportive

community.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Develop monthly content plans following marketing’s monthly objectives; Work in collaboration with the content team in producing creative assets across various social media formats (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube & TikTok…), blogs, and email campaigns. This involves tapping into key industry events, fitness trends, and our unique brand offerings to inform and inspire our audience.

● Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our online communities, fostering positive interactions, addressing inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content. This includes leveraging our monthly fitness challenges, health fairs, and member spotlights to engage and motivate our community.

● Brand Advocacy: Serve as the voice of our brand, ensuring all content and community interactions align with our brand values and messaging. You'll collaborate closely with our fitness coaches and leadership team to highlight our unique approach to fitness and wellness.

● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance and community engagement metrics, using insights to inform future content strategies and community initiatives.

● Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team, fitness professionals, and external partners to ensure cohesive and innovative content and community strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in content creation and community management, ideally within the fitness, health, or wellness sectors.

2. English proficiency is necessary or you must be strong at using AI tools such as ChatGPT.

3. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce content that engages and converts.

4. Efficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere/CapCut/Final Cut Pro…)

5. Experience with social media management, analytics tools, and content management systems.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering positive community relations.

7. Creative thinker who can brainstorm and implement new ideas to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

8. Passion for fitness and wellness, with an understanding of current industry trends and challenges.
