Reclub is a social sports platform designed to connect sports enthusiasts and simplify the

way people organize, discover, and participate in recreational sports. We empower local

sports communities through intuitive digital tools that foster connection, inclusivity, and

the joy of play. Our mission is to make recreational sports more accessible, fun, and

community-driven.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Education, information and entertainment are integral to a playerʼs sports journey. Reclub

aims to establish itself as the authority source of these content pillars.

A Content Lead (CL) champions content for Reclub. The CL establishes content strategy

and structure, provides domain knowledge, curates Reclubʼs content, and establishes a

connection between Reclub's content and the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish strategy & process (35%)

Create the foundational content strategy, plans, processes and its structural elements. Architect guiding the direction of Reclub's content efforts.

Curate & research content (35%)

Curate the best content by applying industry knowledge, building master source lists,

monitoring trending topics, then collating discoveries into shareable libraries.

Produce engaging content (25%)

Content production related to compelling copy, managing brand-consistent video to

developing campaigns that drive community engagement, loyalty, and interest.

Distribute content (5%)

Overseeing the strategic distribution of content and its performance. Analyzing

performance to provide insights, strategy optimization and reporting key results

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy/creation/digital marketing

• Strong social media expertise

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills

• Familiarity with video content production

• Proven community engagement success

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for sports and community

• Fluent Vietnamese and English
