Content Leader

- Guide and manage team of content creators, work with editors for final videos.

- Manage the creation and publishing of content, ensuring it is high-quality, engaging, and consistent with brand voice and goals.

- Pitch fresh ideas and optimize existing content to stay current and effective across digital channels.

- Research and monthly plan for effective and engaging content ideas for the content creator team about Health & Beauty/ Lifestyle topics following on monthly promotion and branding content direction

- Stay up-to-date with trends and create new creatives to capture the attention of the audience to produce video content on social channels (IG/FB Reels/ Tiktok)

- Work with the team members to script for shooting preparations as a model/talent: props, clothes, make-up, etc…

- Work closely with Marketing, Brand Management, and E-commerce teams to ensure content supports broader business objectives and promotional priorities.

- Complete assigned work and ad-hoc creative requests as directed by the superior, adapting quickly to the department's actual needs.

- At least 4 year of experience working as a Content Creator with at least 1 year of leader experience.

- Exceptional knowledge of Social Media Marketing

- Knowledge of Health & Beauty industry.

- Ability to respond well to changing priorities, workflows, and information, could be able to adapt to emergencies.

- Confidently express whenever appear in front of the camera or the crowd.

- Used to work in Health & Beauty brands/retailers is a plus
