At ActsOne Vietnam, the Content Marketing Senior/Junior Manager

plays a crucial role in elevating our Korean makeup brand's presence in the Vietnamese market. This position is ideal for beauty industry professionals who have developed deep expertise in cosmetics marketing through consistent, long-term engagement with makeup and skincare brands. You will be responsible for managing content strategy across multiple platforms while driving measurable performance results through targeted campaigns that resonate with Vietnamese beauty consumers.

1. Content Strategy & copywriting

Plan, produce, and manage content across SNS platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo)

Create compelling visual and video content using AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, etc.)

Write persuasive copy that resonates with Vietnamese beauty consumers

Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging

Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to maintain content quality

2. SNS Advertising & Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google

Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI through data-driven optimization

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging

Track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights

Analyze campaign performance and implement continuous improvements

3. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

Identify and build relationships with Vietnamese beauty influencers and KOLs

Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns

Track influencer campaign performance and ROI

Coordinate with affiliate partners to amplify brand reach

4. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics across all channels

Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations

Use data insights to refine content and advertising strategies

Stay updated on Vietnamese beauty market trends and competitor activities

For All Candidates:

2+ years of hands-on experience in SNS advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)

Strong portfolio demonstrating content copywriting for social media platforms

Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid social campaigns

Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands (preferred but not required)

Proficiency in content creation tools (video editing, graphic design, copywriting)

Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)

Excellent written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Senior Manager (Additional Requirements):

5+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in SNS advertising

Experience leading campaigns with budgets of 200M+ VND per month

Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies

Team management or leadership experience preferred

Deep understanding of Vietnamese consumer behavior and beauty market trends

Junior Manager Requirements:

2-4 years of digital marketing experience

Demonstrated success managing SNS ad campaigns with measurable results

Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Korean beauty or cosmetics brands

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales optimization

Familiarity with influencer marketing in Vietnam

Experience with marketing automation tools

Understanding of SEO and SEM principles
