Mô Tả Công Việc

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager with high energy and the drive to lead our social media content and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing our content across multiple social networks, managing the pipeline of social post ideas, and engaging with the community.

The goal of our social media initiatives will be to generate more engagement with potential candidates, boost our brand for client awareness, and engage with the local community through social content.

What you’ll be doing
- Planning the pipeline of content to post across social media platforms.
- Develop different content strategies for the different platforms and target markets.
- Work with HR to post jobs and candidate content across different job boards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate content.
- Work with the product team to create visual content.
- Run targeted advertising campaigns to generate more engagement.
- Coordinate with the team to manage a budget for social media activities.
- Design, build and maintain our social media platform presence

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Must have
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing/content management / social media management.
- Experience developing social media content ideas and managing content posting schedules.
- Experience in content creation and publishing online.
- Excellent at copywriting and creative ideas with the ability to articulate thoughts well.
- Experience in growing and maintaining social communities.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Nice to have
- Ability to create visual marketing content in editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop
- Experience working with a technology company.
- Experience managing job board posts and candidate engagement.
- Experience managing paid targeted advertising.
- Experience in analyzing metrics.
- Experience managing a budget.
