Content Writer (English)

We are looking for Content Writers to help build our brand presence online. Your primary focus will be to create informative and SEO-optimized content for our website, including articles, guides, and other resources. Additionally, you may be tasked with generating creative content for our social media channels to help engage and grow our audience

1/ Content Planning & Creation:

- Work with other departments to develop content plans & timelines for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Conduct research and produce various types of content for the company website, including articles, news, updates, guides, FAQs and other resources.

- Ensure all content is well-researched, accurate, and optimized with SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and enhance search visibility.

- Create high-quality and engaging content as assigned.

- Proofread and edit content thoroughly to uphold quality and accuracy standards throughout different platforms.

2/ Social Media Content & Engagement

- Create engaging social media content as needed, tailored to each platform to improve customers engagement and attract website visitors.

- Build and grow the company’s social media presence, managing content schedules, campaigns, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility.

- Propose new ideas, and adapt content to match the company’s voice across all platforms.

3/ Content Optimization & Performance Tracking

- Regularly update and edit, optimize content based on performance metrics to ensure high engagement and relevance.

- Track content performance across platforms, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Stay updated to industry trends and adjust content strategy accordingly to maintain relevancy.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or a similar role.

Skills:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content.

- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese is a must

- Familiarity with various social media platforms and website content management systems to pose and manage content effectively.

- Proficiency in using marketing tools to effectively create and present content.

- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for social media content.

- Ability to research and simplify complex topics into clear, user-friendly content.

- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize content performance.

- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
