You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence. Your primary objective will be to support warehousing activities focusing on operational excellence. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, focusing either on multiple or one key site + on the following key objectives.
- To implement all annual excellence certification activities for your site; striving to achieve ever higher levels of operational excellence.
- To ensure awareness of key production system/continuous improvement tools + programs across operational activities.
- To audit your site against operational excellence standards.
- To execute continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings targets.
- To coach your colleagues in the skills needed to drive operational excellence activities.
- To support deep dive value stream mapping events.
- To support + monitor Kaizen projects to deliver productivity + quality improvements in operational activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields\
- Having at least 5 years working experience in Contract Logistics or manufacturing area
- Practice certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or relevant Lean Six Sigma Experience (min. 2 years)
- Having good knowledge of warehouse system process
- Good at communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving & time management skills
- Good command of English
- Having at least 5 years working experience in Contract Logistics or manufacturing area
- Practice certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or relevant Lean Six Sigma Experience (min. 2 years)
