We're looking for a proactive and strategic Contract Logistics Senior Sales Manager
• Drives direct sales activities in Vietnam
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to strengthen market presence
1/ Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new Contract Logistics customers
- Conduct direct sales activities across Vietnam to expand market presence
- Prepare quotations and Business proposals for diverse 3PL/4PL services
- Analyze market trends and industry data to uncover new opportunities (Regional/Industry wise)
2/ Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Vietnam
- Prepare and execute Account Action Plans and sales forecasts
- Clarify customer's requirements/needs, and leads cross-functional efforts to deliver optimal logistics solutions
- Promote existing customers’ retention, cross selling and upselling
3/ Implementation & Collaboration
- Cooperate with Contract Logistics Innovation/ Operation team during on-boarding and implementation process to ensure the service alignment
- Support team expansion, mentor newly hired staff
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture
Yêu cầu công việc
• EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree above (major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred)
- English Advance Level, other language skill is a plus
• EXPERIENCE
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics industry, a strong focus on Contract Logistics
- Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales account
- Proven ability to develop and manage large-scale, long-term contracts and global accounts
- Established customer network across South East Asia and Australia is a plus
- Experience in supply chain solutions system (FIS/WMS/TMS)

• SKILLS
- Knowledge in overall logistics business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehouse)
- Able to work under pressure, adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English and able to communicate well with all level
- Good in problem solving and analytical skills, MS Office Advance Level
- Ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving ambitious performance goals
- Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
