Contract Management Staff (Nhân Viên Quản Lý Hợp Đồng- Chuyên Ngành Luật)

1, Review contract & Negotiation:

- Research, update legal issues related to trade, contracts,

especially contracts in construction field.

- Review all contract terms; Make sure they comply with the Law

and protect the interests of the company when requested by the

manager.

- Participate in contract negotiations when requested by the

manager.

2, Contract Management:

- Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant

parties to provide contract visibility and awareness to support

implementation;

- Closely and proactively coordinate with related parties to ensure

that the contract is properly implemented;

- Create files to keep track of on-going contracts.

3, Legal:

- Provide consulting to other departments on legal issues to the

best of his/her knowledge if required.

- Prepare legal documents and participate in lawsuits to protect the

best interest of the company.

- Take the role as a focal point to lead the works with the thirdparty

legal firm as and when required.

4, Cost Control: According to the company's cost control process

and the manager's assignment.

5, Customer relationship : Clear, fair to customers ; protect the

legitimate interests of the company.

- Graduated from university with major in law.

- Proficient writing skills and conversational ability in English

Communication. Ability to translate Contracts between 2

languages English and Vietnamese.

- Skills and experience in contract management, at least 2 years

(or experience in equivalent position in Construction

company).

- Understand and apply flexibly the Civil Code, Commercial

Law, Construction Law, Bidding Law is a plus.
