Contract Manager

- Prepare purchase and sale contracts for the company's business activities.

- Negotiate terms in contracts with partners.

- Complete documents related to the contract and submit them for signature.

- Store and manage contract documents and legal documents/minutes related to the contract.

- Monitor the progress of contract implementation

- Report to department heads and superiors on specific tasks weekly.

Other jobs:

- Coordinate with functional departments and divisions of the Company during work;

- Carry out professional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

• University degree or higher majoring in Law

• Have at least 5 years of experience participating in making and managing economic/construction contracts.

• Experience in managing records and data

• Ability to withstand pressure well, honest, careful, meticulous work

• Good communication in English
