Job Description
The Contracting & Tariff Executive (CTE) is part of the Commercial Department at Khiri Travel Vietnam, a hive of creative and commercial activity. As a product-driven company, the Contracting and Tariff Department is at the heart of Khiri Travel Vietnam. Our clients are specialist tour operators from around the world and it is our join to keep our products innovative, up-to-date, and competitive.
The CTE supports the team by preparing products in our system, requesting contracts, benchmark pricing and quality, and maintaining supplier relations. This job is a great entry position, and we hire on attitude and train for skills.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating best supplier rates and credit terms
- Keeping our system updated with rates and information
- Ensure quality and competitive rates through product analysis
- Communicate updates about supplier status, such as special offers, seasonal promotions, stop sales status, or any essential news to the sales team
- Support periodical projects, such as special requests and annual tariff updates
- Adding rates and tariff into Khiri systems
- Work with the Commercial Team on adhoc projects including product research and development.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with our suppliers
What we’re looking for:
• Vietnamese National
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Tourism, Business or Communications
• Work experience in Tourism is an advantage
• Open to learn new systems
• Excellent English communication skills, writing in particular
• Positive attitude and sincere desire to learn on the job
• Responsible team player who can also thrive working independently
