- Handle tariff requests:
+ For Series (including existing and new series)
+ For New / prospect clients
+ For New products / new season of existing products
+ For Incentive / MICE segment
+ For FAM trip and FOC with a specific date
+ For Exclusive and Active segments
- Receive and update promotions, flash sales, amendments or any news from suppliers
- Evaluate existing products
- Deal with suppliers for hotels in all provinces (except for Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong, Sapa and Mai Chau) and the mountainous area in the north, in addition to suppliers for local activities, homestays, entrance fees, restaurants and special services
- Review and update tariffs from suppliers and tariff estimations in a timely and efficient manner for hotels in all provinces (except for Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong, Sapa and Mai Chau) and the mountainous area in the north, in addition to suppliers for local activities, homestays, entrance fees, restaurants and special services
- Work with suppliers and carry out the inspection of hotels and other products
- Maintain relationship with vendors / suppliers
- Support the Contracting Executive in the Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh offices if necessary
Support Contracting Manager and perform admin duties
- Assist the Contracting Manager in developing a contracting plan and creating a priority list
- Report working progress to the Contracting Manager
- Carry out admin duties, including the management of contracting reports, documents on contracts, credit, allotment, etc.
- Assist the Contracting Manager with assigned jobs
Coordinate with other departments
- Coordinate with the Product Department to ensure products and services are offered with appropriate and competitive terms and conditions
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department on advertisement barter agreements with suppliers, factsheets and a travelife certificate from the Green team
- Coordinate with other Marketing teams of the PHH Group
- Schedule and participate in meeting with Database, Sales, RSVN and other related departments
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluent in English language
- Have a solid understanding of contracting processes, policy and systems
- Have a solid knowledge of the tourism field, including hotel and tourism management
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Good planning and organisational skills to balance and prioritise work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive
2. Education
- University: Bachelor’s in Economy, Trade, Administration or other related majors
3. Experience
- Having experience in a similar position is preferred
- Having experience in destination management companies is preferred
