Mô Tả Công Việc
- Set up, maintain & strengthen relationship with customers and customer group internally & externally in order to provide most suitable banking solution.
- Ensure an accurate and smooth operation of the bank's E-banking activities to gain customers' satisfaction.
- Support customer regarding e-Banking’s service by phone, e-mail, customer’s site.
- Coordinate with other RMs to increase the number of E-banking customers and utilization ratio of Mizuho e banking service.
- Enhance E-banking system infrastructure by creating/developing new application attaching to our E-banking services.
- Handle all activities related to introduction and registration of E-banking for customers, including but not limited to promote, prepare all necessary documentation, agreement provided
- Other jobs assigned by Team Head/Department Head
Staff with good performance will be considered to renew labor contract.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good command in English.
- Good sense of team-work and responsibility.
- Excellent communication, good customer- oriented and problem solving skills.
- High adaptability for change and capability of multiple task handling.
- Master at Office Tools usage (Word, Excel, Access)
