1. Develop Brand Messaging & Content Development

2. Social Media Management:

• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.

• Write captions, key messages, hooks, and storytelling content.

• Coordinate visual requirements with designers or create basic visual templates (if needed).

• Post, schedule, and monitor daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.

• Respond to basic customer comments/messages if required.

3. Performance Marketing Support: Assist in tracking ad performance and recommend optimization points.

4. Work with developers/designers to ensure messaging aligns with SEO structure.

5. Marketing Campaign Support: Write campaign emails, automation sequences, promotional messages and other related tasks.

6. Reporting & Insights analysis: Track the performance of posts, ads, emails, and website traffic (using Meta Insights, GA4, etc.) to identify best-performing content & audience behavior and highlight opportunities for improvement.

7. Possess strong coordination and workflow-management skills to ensure timely execution of all tasks.

• 2–3 years of experience in copywriting + digital marketing.

• Proven portfolio covering diverse content types (social posts, blog/website copy, email, ads).

• Creative writing and ideation skills.

• Have knowledge of SEO, analytics and performance-based marketing.

• Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, and product teams.

• Good time management and multi-channel content planning skills.
