JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for collaborating and executing all CSR and sustainability activities plans effectively; from communication, implementation & and evaluation. This position also assists in budget-controlling tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient planning process. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Effective Basics & CSR Project Management - Effectively execute CSR and Sustainability activities plan as per AOP/Strategic Plan - Build and lead annual master plan consolidated local activities and new initiative of community days led by CA (upgrade level from execution/manage to lead role) and support Helping Hand local committees for execution compliance - Participate & take initiatives in local CSR & Sustainability activities - Support in implementing strategic plans & and projects - Support on execution of 02 new CSR-Sustainability nationwide platforms (Recycling For Change and MILLION GREEN TREES), aligning with the corporate sustainability agenda, focusing on two pillars: Water and Plastic Packaging 2. CSR communication: - Prepare internal communication including draft content and design for key CSR and sustainability events - Plan and execute employee engagement activities leveraging Helping Hands and key CSR and sustainability platforms - Support in managing crisis relating to CSR/Sustainability activities 3. Stakeholders Management: - Maintain good relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders (especially the Central Executive Committee of the HCYU) to achieve both social and business impact of Corporate Affairs – CSR & Sustainability programs 4. Others: - Handle all administration tasks to ensure the CA agenda smooth operations and company compliance - Add inputs/initiatives during the corporate affairs planning process - Manage budget: Track, monitor, & and follow up the utilization of CSR and sustainability budget
Job requirements
– University graduate – At least 1 year experience in CSR program implementation, preferred in big corporations that care and invest in CSR – Strong Project Management – Experience in planning and budget management – Strong communications and Stakeholder management skills – Work independently, take ownership in implementing projects – Fast learner, willing-to-learn attitude – English and Vietnamese (good in writing is a plus) – Good command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation
