The role will be responsible to support business operations and growth in line with other functions/regional/global direction to seek for new business development opportunities, protecting or increase volume/profit, support product and business expansion and engage our stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor regulatory affairs and consolidate regulatory database by nurturing relationship with key government, ministries, authorities, associations to de-prioritize or moderate business impacts (i.e tax increase, EHW, RRP, Supply chain) in coordination with regional/global/local CA&C direction
- Develop policy advocacy plan to share JTI position paper on various regulatory topics
- Be in charge of all renewal & extension product licenses for smooth business operations
- Local champion for the QMS (Quality Management System) in coordination with CA&C Team (especially with Crisis Management - Procedure and Crisis Communication) and local EXCOM to ensure Business Continuity plan (BCP) and ERM (Enterprise Risk Management)
- Consolidate all corporate document in term of DMS (Document Management System)
- Implement corporate communication strategy and corporate brand aligned internally with other functions and regional/global directions (including communication channels management, key messages and content direction, engagement)
- Support corporate sustainability strategy especially community investment projects in coordination within CA&C team
- Support Business development agenda in coordination with CA&C Director/Manager in term of product & business expansion
- Support Combat contraband, counterfeit and illicit whites to maximize volume and margin opportunities with AITO
- Support and follow-up with CA&C Department budget as well as stakeholders engagement monitoring (including mapping, frequency, activities roadmap, etc.) and GHE reporting to Region
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field of studies
- At least 2-5 years Corporate Communication experience OR Regulatory affairs experience (ideally in FMCG industry)
- Working in tobaco industry or equivalent sensitive industry is a plus
- Experience with stakeholders engagement exposure
- Experience in business/strategic development or sales experiences with stakeholders engagement exposure
Functional Skills:
- Interpersonal relations & Influencing skills
- Corporate/external/government affairs/media relations experience is a plus
- Basic financial acumen and strategic thinking is necessary
- Stakeholder engagement and strong networking is an advantage
- Entrepreneur mindset and agile/flexible working style is a must
