Mô Tả Công Việc
+ Partner closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs and Communication Manager to design and execute both external and internal communications for corporate programs and cross-functional projects in a way that engages employees and builds awareness and drives action to support business objectives and priorities,
+ Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, press kits, and related materials,
+ Increase share of voice in target media and maintain communications with the working press and editors/reporters,
+ Deliver external thought leadership and communication campaigns including business capabilities campaign, research report series, investment outlook,
+ Support Head of Corporate Affairs and Communication of issues, crisis and reputational risks handling,
+ Develop and update corporate assets, including corporate storyline, leaflet, photoshoot, video, website, sustainability report, etc, to build a clear and consistent corporate reputation.
B. Online media platform:
+ Manage and plan monthly contents and ideas for communication on owned media (Fanpage, LinkedIn, Viber Group, Zalo, etc.) for different target audiences;
+ Develop plans and contents for new media/digital platforms; Make and follow contents including writing posts, editing posts, designing posts…
C. CSR Support and others:
+ Develop and implement CSR and purpose-driven events, such as community day, blood donation among employees and other relevant stakeholders and partners, to support corporate sustainability agenda and influence other departments.
+ Coordinate with HR department to co-plan, co-facilitate and co-execute all corporate events for internal employees, such as Town Hall, Company Trip, and Year End Meeting, to keep employees informed and connected in virtual, physical and hybrid formats,
D. Other tasks assigned by Supervisors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5 – 7 years of External/Internal communications experience is highly appreciated preferably within a complex, fast-moving organization; other experience with similar skill sets and approach can be considered.
- Good command in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication, planning ideas/concepts, writing & presentation skills.
