The Corporate Communications Content Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and supervision of corporate communication content across various channels. This role focuses on promoting the company’s brand image to the public—both domestically and internationally—excluding product or brand-specific communications. The manager also plays a key role in supporting crisis communication efforts to protect the company’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Content Planning:
Develop and implement communication content strategies that align with the company’s brand positioning and business objectives. Ensure consistency in messaging and maintain public recognition and trust in the corporate brand.
Content Execution & Oversight:
Supervise the creation and distribution of corporate communication materials across media platforms including press, television, and digital channels. Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Brand Image Management:
Promote and reinforce the company’s corporate identity and values through strategic storytelling and media engagement. Maintain a strong and positive public perception of the company.
Crisis Communication Support:
Collaborate with senior leadership and relevant departments to develop and deliver effective communication during crises or incidents that may impact the company’s reputation. Ensure timely and appropriate messaging to mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, journalists, and external partners. Coordinate with internal departments to support communication needs and ensure alignment with corporate messaging.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications.
At least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
Proven experience working with media agencies and regulatory bodies.
Language Skills:
Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). Strong writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and related functions (marketing, market research, sales).
Strong knowledge of public relations, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
