Corporate & Events Executive

- Organize internal events/ activities for employees (Ajinomoto Family Day, the Anniversary of the Company establishment, communication channels at canteens, etc.). - Organize meetings for the Management Level (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) and Department meetings. - Promote activities of OE as Division-scope, department-scope (training, organizing contests, follow-up, etc.). - Complete assigned tasks within required timeframes and procure results as expected. - Obtain the cooperation of others in the team to complete assigned tasks.

- Graduated with Bachelor's Degree majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related majors. - Be proficient in English (especially verbal and written) & Microsoft Office. - Good communication & negotiation skills. - Project Management skill is a plus.
