We are currently looking for trained and motivated Vietnamese lawyers with the following responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and legal advisory to our clients at the highest level of quality and effectiveness, in compliance with Vietnam current laws and regulations for the best benefit of our clients’ needs in the following fields:
+ Investments, M&A, and Liquidation
+ Enterprise establishment, corporate housekeeping, operation and changes
+ Contracting
+ Labor law related
+ Ad hoc legal advisory
- Work with relevant authorities for licensing and trouble-shooting purposes, communicate with clients’ suppliers, etc. when necessary and as mandated by clients;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Legal Team Leader.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in the fields of foreign investments in Vietnam; Vietnamese enterprise and commercial law, Vietnamese labor law and land rights.
- Experience in licensing procedures for enterprise establishment in Vietnam
- Knowledge and experience in one or several of the following fields of Vietnamese laws would be an asset: arbitration and litigation, Intellectual property rights, tax and customs regulations, competition law, PPP law, land rights, real estate, construction, or environmental law;
- Certified graduate from a renowned Vietnamese university, and minimum 2 years of working experience in a private law practice in Vietnam is a must.
- Vietnam qualified lawyer certificate would be an asset.
- Previous working experience with a (western) foreign law firm in Vietnam would be an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in legal cross border matters or a western foreign jurisdiction would be an asset;
- Good oral and written skills both in English and Vietnamese;
- Team spirit, effectively coordinate with team leader and other colleagues in providing advice to clients;
- Professionalism, dedication, integrity and trustworthiness;
- Ability to multitask under high pressure, complete or assist team members to complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines;
- Long term commitment.
