Corporate Lending Assessment & Portfolio Management Expert

• Evaluate the appropriateness of the preliminary proposal to participate in syndicated loan, the credit granting proposal, and related documentation.

• Appraise of syndicated loan projects.

• Work with related parties in post-loan inspection and monitoring, which includes reviewing capital utilization, checking compliance commitments, examining business operations, and inspecting collateral assets.

• Report to the Risk Management Division Director for submitting to Risk Management Committee for further handling instructions in case the customer's default or insufficient repayment

• Assess the customer's repayment capacity before and after the restructuring of the repayment term. Monitor, inspect, controll, and supervise the restructuring of repayment terms.

• Training junior staffs

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or any relevant fields

• At least 05 years’ experience working in Banks or Finance Companies

• Have experience on lending to corporate in banks

• Good oral & written communication skilsl in Vietnamese & English

• Analytical/ Decision making skills

• Problem solving skills

• Time management skills

• Honesty and sense of responsibility, working under pressure
