- Lead the development of corporate strategies, ensuring effective engagement of Top Leadership Team (TLTs) and Senior - Leadership Group (SLGs).
- Manage the process of regular strategy reviews to ensure the company strategies are most updated to market/business - situation and strategy execution is in line with the plan.
- Ensure corporate strategies are effectively communicated to the right levels and stakeholder
- Develop the Corporate Strategy team to ensure delivery of the job requirements of the function.
Job Responsibilities
1. Corporate Strategy Formulation
- Develop corporate strategy plan by engaging with Top Leadership Team (TLTs) and Senior Leadership Group (SLGs) for final deliverables
- Organize and facilitate the annual and regular corporate strategy workshops and meetings.
- Engage with the TLTs and SLGs to formulate strategy plan that ensures strong alignment of corporate strategies and department strategies/ objectives.
- Follow up on strategy implementation and organize regular strategy reviews.
- Drive the process of building strategic action plans of each department to make sure alignment between corporate strategies and departmental action plans.
- Manage the market research to actively monitor the external environment and competitor movements to distill the strategic implications for PVA. This includes desktop research, internal and external network building for understanding and collecting market intelligence information and prepares regular market analysis reports.
- Provide strategic analysis on business opportunities with a view to develop relevant strategies for business growth
- Develop strategy communication documents and ensure corporate strategies are effectively communicated to the right levels and stakeholder
2. Corporate Business Performance
- Lead the periodic business performance reviews at corporate levels that ensure well preparation and effective follow-ups for the regional Quarterly Dialogues and Monthly TLT Meetings.
- Manage PVA’s corporate KPIs to closely monitor implementation progress of strategy plan and initiatives
- Conduct analysis on corporate business performance in connection with performance of all distribution channels to distill improvement opportunities for the business and the channels
- Coordinate with Project Management Office in delivering strategic projects by providing inputs and advice
- Prepare strategic reports (TLTs, QD, Strategic Workshops, other strategic meetings)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree in Economics, Strategy Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance
2. Experiences:
- At least 3 year experience of working on Corporate Strategy, Business Performance, Business Planning and Analysis and/or Project Management.
- Preferred experience in Financial Services Industry or Strategy/ Business Consulting
3. Knowledge and skill set:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Sharp strategic mindset with holistic view to be able to formulate strategies and design new business models.
- Sound critical thinking with excellent strategic and business acumen.
- Strong leadership and innovation.
