Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Costing: Actively working with costing related matters such as communication with vendors in requesting & receiving cost sheets, validation of cost sheets, and placement for specific product lines.
• Attention to Details: Able to carry out meticulous validation within the cost sheets, ensuring that the cost sheets are in accordance to the governance set by VF (material validations, cost sheet format etc)
• Problem Solving: Able to learn on the job and solve problems encountered based on the experience and best reference from relevant stakeholders.
• Adaptative & Sense of Urgency: Having a every ready for change / improvement mindset and most importantly have a sense of urgency in meeting task / dateline set by the requesters.
• Ownership: Cultivates a high sense of ownership to the brands / vendors / task assigned.
• Stakeholder Management: Able to collaborate closely and effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
• Teamwork & Leadership: Demonstrates a strong team player mindset. Nevertheless, as a part of career progression has the qualities to lead a team / brand.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom & Teams.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Associate degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Costing Operations (Footwear Industry - Desired)
