Work description:

In-charge of Production cost analyst:

- Collection of general production costs (depreciation costs of fixed assets, prepaid tools and tools; cost of raw materials; costs of electricity, water, costs of purchased services...), salary costs General collection or classification for each order or stage - as the basis for calculating product cost by months, years.

- Based on the constituent costs to calculate: planned cost, actual cost.

- Make price adjustments according to cost fluctuations.

- Make a summary table - analyze production efficiency for each production order (Actual cost compared with planned cost).

- Periodically prepare work reports as required

- Control the consumption of raw materials, ensure the prescribed norms.

- Make and follow cash-out of Factory by months

- Understand and check Cost of Goods Manufactured from Accounting

- Providing regular updates (daily basis, weekly basis, monthly basis) about production report to BOM.

- Collecting weekly meeting report of all teams (Production 1, Production 2, HSE, QC, Purchasing, Maintenance, Reuse) for holding the meeting, report the pending/follow-up task after meeting.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Education: Bachelor's degree Accounting or Another related field.

Computer: Excellent skill for Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Working experience: At least 2 year’s experience of factory/ production, Production cost analyst; excel report.
