Costing Associate (Fashion Industry)

Position Summary: As a Costing Associate at Maggy London, you will play a crucial role in our product development and costing processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Design, Production, and Sourcing, to ensure accurate cost analysis, pricing negotiation, and cost sheet preparation. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn and grow with us. Previous apparel costing experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

● Review all raw materials and ensure their accurate entry into the system.

● Create a Bill of Materials (BOM) for costing purposes.

● Communicate with the development factories directly to gather all the documents needed

● Release RFQ’s to factories to obtain pricing.

● Prepare cost sheets and submit them to the Division Heads for review.

● Make necessary revisions to cost sheets and seek approval.

● Update cost sheets and inform factories of significant changes.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

● Ability to speak and write English.

● Excellent mathematical skills

● Proficiency in computer systems

● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

● Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

● Minimum of 2 years experience in the Fashion Industry required
