Costing Specialist (Binh Duong/hcm/quy Nhon)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Specialist to support our product development and pricing strategy in the furniture industry.

This position focuses on accurate cost calculation, material and process analysis, and cross-department collaboration with design, production, and sales teams to ensure cost efficiency and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and respond to cost-related inquiries from internal teams in a timely and accurate manner.

- Develop detailed product cost breakdowns based on local materials, labor, packaging, and production processes.

- Prepare internal cost analysis reports and propose reasonable target prices to support the Sales team in quotation preparation.

- Collaborate closely with the production, procurement, and design teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate cost data.

- Maintain, organize, and update all costing and quotation records systematically in the company database for future reference and analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical fields.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture costing, manufacturing, procurement, or production planning.

- Solid understanding of furniture structure, materials (wood, metal, rope, wicker, fabric, etc.), and production processes.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs (Bill of Materials).

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, with strong data analysis and cost breakdown skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic English or Chinese communication is an advantage for cross-border coordination.
