About the Country Manager Role:
The Country Manager is responsible for development and performance including P&L management, operation and people management and communication expressions across all touch-points and stakeholder groups. our mission will be to build and grow a passionate team to penetrate the unplanned and on-demand delivery market.
Key Responsibilities:
- To build and grow a passionate team to penetrate the unplanned and on-demand market
- Striving for top customer satisfaction, you are expected to foster growth by actively deploying and increasing sales performance
- Oversee the business development of the platform. Acquire users and grow the business. Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with customers and other stakeholders
- Operations performance: Identify and enforce best practices. Ensure high service standards are maintained across all operational metrics
- Financial control: Budget, forecast and align business needs with control of operating expenses

- Strategic thinker, able to see the big picture and achieve goals by breaking down the process and making suggestions on how to improve the process necessary to drive the agreed strategy
- A proactive approach is essential to the success of this role
- Fund-raising experience is a big plus for this role
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
