About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our Vietnam operations. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint, building strong client relationships, and delivering strategic growth across the industrial air quality (IAQ) and HVAC solutions market. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader ready to take ownership of a growing market and represent a leading brand in environmental control systems.

Job Description

• Lead and manage overall operations and sales in Vietnam, covering marketing sales & services.

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive sustainable growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Drive business development activities including seminars, presentations, and customer visits.

• Recruit, manage, and motivate a high-performing local team including engineers and support staff.

• Ensure strong financial oversight, operational efficiency, and reporting to HQ.

• Monitor market trends and competitors; provide regular insights and reports to regional leadership.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, HVAC Engineering.

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in multifaceted industries

• Background in selling to the pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage industry is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and business development capabilities.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Has own transport

• Able to travel frequently across all of Vietnam

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-starter, results-oriented, and adaptable to evolving market dynamics.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
