MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactical plans for LifePharma Vietnam’s key pharmaceutical brands. This role plays a critical part in driving brand performance, market share growth, and long-term portfolio value. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a key brand and leading a team of two Product Managers, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement annual brand strategies and tactical marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor brand performance and KPIs, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Coach and develop Product Managers to build a high-performing, agile marketing team.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in brand management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including brand lifecycle management, market access, and regulatory environment in Vietnam.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and drive brand growth.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, in-field, medical).
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with agile marketing principles and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
