As the Country Sales Director you will provide thought leadership direction, management and operational direction to the Vietnam business operations. This position works in close collaboration with Professionals and Subject Matter Experts to ensure high quality and profitable service delivery for the company's business solutions.
Description
As the Country Sales Director you will provide thought leadership direction, management and operational direction to the Vietnam business operations. This position works in close collaboration with Professionals and Subject Matter Experts to ensure high quality and profitable service delivery for the company's business solutions. You will also spearhead the company's business development efforts including account management of existing clients and developing new clients to ensure its continued financial and operational success. Other responsibilities include:
* Develop and monitor the budget for all areas of responsibility, in line with company budget requirements and directives.
* Key to success is stakeholder management with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively among the commercial, professionals and operations delivery teams.
* Collaboration with Partners, Providers, Clients, Group/Region/Country Management and Professionals is critical to the success of this role.
* Develops and executes commercial strategy, to expand and to drive International SOS solution portfolio, consistent with the company's strategic growth plan.
* Leads and supports the Business Development Managers/Directors and coordinates sales initiatives across all business solutions. Gross Profit, Gross Operating Profit, EBIT, Profit After Tax and Working Capital.
* Staff Retention's, Developments and Productivity Improvements
Profile
* At least 10 years of P/L and general management experience in a leading multinational company across B2B industry sectors.
* Strong general management and business development capability.
* Strong sales track record with an international exposure and mindset combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment.
* Strong commercial acumen - street smart and customer centric.
* Familiar with local Vietnam cultures and ethics.
* Personally engaging, with the ability to collaborate, co-operate and network effectively in a demanding local market and in a culturally diverse matrix organisation.
* Strong leader with good people management skills, with a strong track record in recruiting excellent staff, upgrading organisations, motivating people, and dealing with performance issues.
* Entrepreneurial and comfortable in a dynamic, fast changing, complex and unstructured environment.
* Results driven with a high passion, drive, and motivation.
