1. Develop feasible marketing plans according to regional market development goals, identify, evaluate and establish long-term cooperative customer relationships, and achieve established sales goals;



2. According to the regional sales management objectives, conducted industry market information, competitive brand information and customer demand information, understood the market demand, carried out market analysis and forecast, and provided effective data support for the formulation of sales strategies and the avoidance of sales risks;



3. Plan and implement effective sales strategies according to market demand to achieve and exceed established sales targets and improve customer satisfaction;



4. According to the sales management objectives of the marketing center, formulate performance appraisal plans to ensure the effective incentives for sales managers, sales executives and sales personnel, and achieve the tracking and management of the office's sales targets;



5. According to the collection and analysis of brand customer information, establish and improve customer information database, and provide reference data and information for the development of new customers;



6. Carried out team building according to sales targets, provided training and guidance for key sales indicators and schedule of team members, cultivated and explored talents, ensured continuous improvement of performance, and ensured that the team successfully achieved the company's business objectives;



7. Timely recovery of sales proceeds according to the company's loan recovery management regulations to maintain the company's stable capital liquidity to reduce financial risks.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above;



2. Marketing: Marketing, International economy and trade



3 Professional Skills:



a. With customer resources in the electronics industry, with the ability to master and update the industry dynamics;



b. Have strong marketing logical thinking ability, and can analyze and solve problems.



c. Have successful cases of independent development of customers, and have served large clothing brands.



d. Excellent team leadership and management skills.



e. Adapt to travel work and social interaction.



4. Have the ability to collect, organize and analyze market data, and master the writing skills of marketing planning schemes.



5. Be active and sociable. Familiar with the industry environment, with electronic industry customer resources, government relations resources is a plus.
